MOND STUDIO SRL acts as the data controller for the processing activities described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Process

The website may process:

• Technical information generated when the website is accessed.
• Temporary information stored in your browser to support the homepage intro and page transitions.
• Information you voluntarily send when contacting MOND:STUDIO by email, through the Start a Project form, or through an external contact or booking service. The Start a Project form collects your name, company or organisation, email address, phone number and selected phone country or region, services and approximate budget.

Analytics and Advertising

Google Analytics 4 is used for optional measurement of site usage. It loads only after you allow Analytics in the privacy preferences. If you do not allow Analytics, MOND:STUDIO does not load Google Analytics.

The website does not currently use Google Ads conversion tracking, remarketing tags, Meta Pixel or other marketing pixels, and does not set advertising cookies.

Contact Correspondence

Contact correspondence: If you contact MOND:STUDIO voluntarily, information supplied in the communication may be processed in order to respond to your request.

Cookies and Browser Storage

Google Analytics may set analytics cookies after you allow Analytics. The website does not set advertising cookies.

Some visual features use session storage in your browser to remember whether the homepage intro has played and to support page transitions. This information is kept for the browser tab's session and is not used by MOND:STUDIO for behavioural analytics or advertising.

Browser Storage Controls

Session storage is separate from cookies. You can clear stored website data using your browser settings.

Cookie Settings at the bottom of the Home, About and Privacy pages lets you save and change your optional privacy preferences. Your choice is stored in local storage in this browser until you change it or clear the stored website data. Turning Analytics off stops new MOND:STUDIO analytics events and disables Google Analytics collection on this page; it does not remove cookies already stored in your browser. Advertising technologies are not active.

Third-Party Resources and Services

The website loads fonts from Adobe Fonts. Requests to Adobe deliver the fonts and count their use. This font usage counting is separate from MOND:STUDIO behavioural analytics. You can learn more in the Adobe Fonts privacy information.

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and some visual features load code from esm.sh and unpkg.com. These providers receive technical request information, including your IP address, when their resources are accessed.

Links to external booking and social services take you to websites governed by their own privacy policies.

Start a Project submissions are sent to Formspree to process the information you provide and deliver your inquiry to MOND:STUDIO, so we can respond to your request. Formspree also receives technical request information, such as your IP address. See the Formspree Privacy Policy for information about its processing, storage and international transfers.

Data Retention

Personal data are retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to applicable legal requirements and the retention settings configured within the relevant services.

Contact correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and manage any resulting professional or legal relationship.

Your Rights

Where applicable under data-protection law, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Request restriction of processing.
• Object to certain processing.
• Data portability where applicable.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before consent was withdrawn.

In Romania, the supervisory authority is the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP).
